Services

Assessment, coaching and practical support.

Three services are available now, with positive behaviour support planning to follow. All are delivered across Queensland. Assessment and recovery coaching support people aged 10 and over, in person or by telehealth; functional cleaning is available under an NDIS plan or privately.

Assessment

Psychosocial Assessments

A culturally safe, holistic assessment of how psychosocial disability impacts daily functioning across the NDIS domains.

What it involves

Understanding the person’s story and journey, family and village dynamics, triggers, pro-social factors, support systems and strengths. A clear written report is provided that can support NDIS access requests or plan reviews.

Timeframe
Initial contact, assessment, then report delivered in 2–4 weeks. Can be prioritised for urgent plan reviews or access deadlines.
Delivered
In person, home visits, an agreed location, or telehealth
Ages
10 and over
Fee
Charged at the NDIS price limit for Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy or Training supports, Other Professional. Report writing is billed separately.

What it involves

  • Building a recovery-enabling relationship based on hope and trust
  • Developing a personalised recovery plan
  • Coaching to build skills, motivation, decision-making and resilience

Practical support

Functional Cleaning

Household cleaning that keeps a home safe and hygienic, available to NDIS participants under their plan, and to anyone else on a private basis.

What it involves

Maintaining a safe and hygienic home environment when illness, injury, disability or circumstances make these tasks hard to manage. This is a practical support service rather than an assessment.

Who it is for

  • NDIS participants, funded under Core Supports, Assistance with Daily Living, where the person’s disability prevents them completing these tasks independently.
  • Everyone else: the same service, booked privately and paid for directly. No NDIS plan, referral or eligibility assessment needed.
Timeframe
For NDIS participants, depends on the plan and rostering once funding is confirmed. Private bookings are scheduled directly.
