If something goes wrong

Every complaint is taken seriously, and no one is treated differently for making one. Here is what happens after you send it.

  1. Acknowledged

    We confirm we have received it.

  2. Assessed

    We make contact to confirm we have understood the issue, tell you who is handling it, and set out the next steps.

  3. Investigated

    Looked into fairly, and you are kept informed along the way.

  4. Resolved

    You are told the outcome and anything that has changed as a result.

You can go straight to the NDIS Commission. You do not have to raise it with us first, and doing so will not affect your supports. Call 1800 035 544, free, Monday to Friday, or go to ndiscommission.gov.au. Independent advocates can help you through the process, and a complaint to the Commission can be made anonymously.

Please do not attach clinical documents to these forms. They are not encrypted. Once a referral is acknowledged you will be given a secure way to send reports and plans.
